I envision this as an ongoing series of experiments in life and in the kitchen. Things could get messy, but at least you don’t have to clean up – unless I know you and something goes horribly wrong.

Honestly, I'm not sure. The plan is to attempt it tonight for an Italian dish. Let’s hope all goes well.
